Tifanni Kenny
Tifanni is an Ottawa-based actress who brings honesty, presence, and a deep sense of connection to every role she steps into. Her work lives in that space between past and present, spirit and story, always grounded in truth. Recent work includes The Coven, a staged reading exploring Caribbean lineage, memory, and the unseen, a project that felt deeply personal. She also had the chance to play a sassy, sultry Sandy Cheeks in The SpongeBob Musical with Toto Too, alongside performances in The First Stone by Donna-Michelle St. Bernard at the Great Canadian Theatre Company and as the Editor in Wide Awake Hearts with Plosive Productions. Tifanni is drawn to work that pushes boundaries and challenges the stories we are used to seeing, always looking to take up space in ways that feel honest, layered, and real.
Marlene Spatuk
When Marlene was eight, she declared that she wanted to be a movie star, mostly to avoid plucking chickens. Now after a public service career as a speechwriter, she is thrilled to bring Tracey to the Gladstone Theatre stage. She most recently appeared in Theatre Wakefield’s The Curious Case of the Cottingley Fairies, and was also featured in The Vagina Monologues in 2019. Ensemble performance credits include Jonas and Barry in the Home, Halfway There and A Streetcar Named Desire (all Ottawa Little Theatre). Marlene has also worked extensively backstage with OLT, and with Linden House Theatre Company, including its upcoming 20th season production of The Boadicea on Britannia Street. You might also see her in the background of a family- or holiday-related movie. She looks forward to more stage antics, travel, avoiding chickens, and maybe finishing a script. Much love to her friends and family. Enjoy the show!
